BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- The SPCA Serving Erie County is not accepting animals for the time being. On its website, the West Seneca location said it is at maximum capacity. The SPCA cited multiple animal cruelty cases and a lack of resources at the shelter as reasoning.
