João Lourenço, who spent several hours visiting the Republic of Gabon, spoke after a private meeting with Gabonese counterpart, Brice Nguema, who won the presidential elections held in April with 94.8% of the votes. "To highlight the fact that the President of the Republic has committed himself to holding democratic elections in his country, which has really happened in the promised times, which has since been to be praised," he stressed.
