Gun Rights Groups File Federal Lawsuit Challenging National Firearms Act

UNITED STATES, AUG 3 – The NRA-led coalition argues the National Firearms Act registration is unconstitutional after Congress removed excise taxes on suppressors and short-barreled rifles, citing over 4.5 million registered suppressors.

Several Second Amendment rights groups filed a federal lawsuit aiming to nullify the National Firearms Act of 1934.
