A 23-year-old man has been charged with a hit-and-run, DUI crash with a toddler in his car in Anaheim, police said Thursday. Mario Saul Osorio Jr. crashed a Honda Accord about 6 p.m. Monday into several parked cars near Anaheim Boulevard and South Street, near his residence, Anaheim police Sgt. Matt Sutter said.
