The Reims Public Prosecutor's Office has opened an investigation into "threats with weapon, racial insult, weaponry and involvement in an armed crowd with a view to committing violence".
The Reims Public Prosecutor's Office said on Thursday that it had opened an investigation after the remise team had denounced the presence of discontented supporters, who had come "capped and armed" to wait for the players, on the night of Friday to Saturday, after the draw in Laval.
