On the night of Saturday 28 to Sunday 29 December, an explosion blew up a house in Quessy, a town associated with Tergnier, in Aisne. It caused a fire. A serious injured person was taken to the Amiens University Hospital. A “blatant investigation into wilful destruction by dangerous means” has been opened by the Laon public prosecutor.
