Disciplinary proceedings have been initiated at the Budapest Court against lawyer Eszter Spira, who recently risked her life to save a woman who was being strangled in Lehel Square. The woman, who works as the court's mental health advisor, was summoned to the presidium due to her public cry for help and her podcast "Bulvárbölcsészek", was stripped of her duties and reinstated to her position as a court clerk.

According to him, an employee of the Metropolitan Court was retaliated against for a report about standing up for a victim, but the organization denies this, saying that the woman was prosecuted for her defamatory statements against public figures.
