Amherst County argues to dismiss 'spot zoning' lawsuit against wedding venue

A judge on May 8 heard arguments on a motion from the attorney representing the Amherst County Board of Supervisors to dismiss a lawsuit three county residents filed seeking to reverse a zoning decision that allowed a wedding and photography venue in an Elon area neighborhood.
