- Earlier this month, police investigation found he climbed a fence and entered through an unlocked door.
- Detectives arrested him the day after the killings, using security camera video and facial recognition software, leading to his detention at Van Nuys courthouse.
- The Van Nuys Courthouse arraignment was postponed until Aug. 20, and a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ordered him held without bail.
