The New Bern Police Department issued an Amber Alert on Saturday at 8:28 a.m. for 15-year-old Isaiah Kavon Owens.  Owens is a 15-year-old Black male. He has black hair and brown eyes and is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds.
