The online retailer Amazon is much more focused on Germany than before. In 2024, around 14 billion euros had been invested in this country, about two billion more than in 2023, the US company reported in Munich. New locations in Horn-Bad Meinberg (NRW), Dummerstorf (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) and Erfurt (Thuringia) have been built for the money.
