- Carl Crowther was expecting a Zara delivery for his daughter on Sunday but was out on a 1.30pm work call; shortly after the package arrived, Nora went missing and they checked doorbell footage.
- Video and family accounts show the driver stayed over six minutes before taking Nora, and Crowther said, `It needs to be quicker than 48 hours as she has heart murmur and is on medication`, after contacting Amazon.
