Altoona man charged after series of assaults at store, police say

ALTOONA, Iowa -- An Altoona man has been charged after police say he assaulted several people at a store last week. According to the Altoona Police Department, on October 3 and on October 4 the department received reports of alleged assaults that had occurred at a store in the 3400 block of 8th Street SW.
