Almost half a million people's driving licenses will expire this year

Over 460,000 drivers will have to replace their driving licenses by the end of this year, as their validity will expire. The largest number – about 66,000 – is in the Central Bohemian Region. From 2023, people will be able to apply for a new license online. Starting this summer, they will not even have to go to the office to pick it up. However, only a fraction of drivers are currently using online applications.
