Alma Lindvall, 13, was not allowed to board her flight in Munich – and was forced to spend seven hours alone at the major airport. The staff at the gate took her aside because the flight was overbooked. “It is unacceptable to treat a child like this. Of all the passengers, they left our 13-year-old daughter behind,” says mother Jennie Lindvall.
