Lockdown and shelter-in-place orders for all schools within the Roswell Independent School District (RISD) were lifted after determining that the threats made to two schools this morning were not credible.

ROSWELL – Police authorities in the city of Roswell mobilized on Monday morning to Valley View Elementary School, in response to an alleged threat of shooting that caused the emergency closure of the primary school and preventive closures in the other schools of the city.
