SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A Scottsville man is facing charges after an alleged road rage incident on Wednesday. According to a media release, the Allen County Sheriff’s Office says it responded to the Adolphus area to reports of a vehicle “ramming” another vehicle and shouting at neighbors.
