Lance Twiggs Gets Limited Immunity in Charlie Kirk Case Statement
Prosecutors said Twiggs described messages in which Tyler Robinson allegedly admitted killing Charlie Kirk and received use immunity for his statement.
Lance Twiggs, the transgender partner of alleged assassin Tyler Robinson, was granted limited use-immunity for a recorded statement he gave to authorities on April 20, 2026.
Prosecutors plan to use Twiggs' recorded statement and his communications with Robinson at the July preliminary hearing.
Twiggs reported that Robinson communicated he killed Charlie Kirk, as stated in a court filing.
A family friend identified Robinson as the alleged assassin after Kirk was shot at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025.
