The Steyr public prosecutor's office has dropped all proceedings against a former doctor at the Kirchdorf Clinic, who had been accused of grossly negligent homicide. Spokesman Andreas Pechatschek confirmed a corresponding online article in the "Oberösterreichische Nachrichten" newspaper to the APA on Tuesday.
