A 25-year-old man from Alkmaar has been arrested after he violently attacked two municipal enforcement officers, known as boa’s, in the city center on Wednesday evening, according to NOS. One officer was kicked in the head and knocked unconscious, while the other was threatened with a knife during the confrontation at Clarissenbolwerk, a park where scooter traffic is prohibited.
A municipal enforcement officer from Alkmaar was kicked in the head Friday evening during the arrest of a 25-year-old suspect from the North Holland town. The officer lost consciousness as a result, and a second officer was threatened with a knife by the suspect.
