Alisa from Ukraine has to pay full tuition fees: 'I'll stop stop'

Last year, Ukrainian refugees studied at a regular tuition fee of 2209 euros. But anyone who wants to start at a college or university next academic year has to go much deeper into their pockets. “I really can't afford 8,000 euros a year,” says Alisa Vyshnevetska from Arnhem.
