Abuja -- Aliko Dangote, Africa's richest man, has announced a $400 million plan to revive a second production line at the Mugher cement plant in Ethiopia, aiming to double the facility's annual capacity to 5 million tons.

While it finally opened its huge refinery in Nigeria in September, which is due to reach full capacity next month, billionaire Aliko Dangote now wants to increase his investments in Ethiopia. The richest man in Africa plans to double the capacity of its open cement factory in the center of the country ten years ago. An investment of several hundred million dollars.
