The City Hall of Alexandria has launched a public consultation on the rules for the use of electric scooters in the city. Among the proposals are the prohibition of access to parks, playgrounds, sports grounds and schools courts, but also fines of up to 2,500 lei for parents or persons who care for children up to 14 years old and do not take measures to prevent them from using scooters in prohibited areas.
