Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), rejected on this Tuesday (12) the defence of Federal Member Carla Zambelli to suspend the judgment on the invasion of the National Justice Council systems (CNJ). The Minister stated that, in addition to the absence of a statement by the House of Deputies requesting suspension of criminal action against Zambelli, the Constitution even permits a suspension for this case.
