ALAMO, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A man is in custody after he reportedly set a medical cart on fire inside an emergency room facility, according to the Alamo Police Department. Deven Martinez, 21, faces one charge of arson for allegedly setting the medical cart on fire. He also faces one charge of resisting arrest.
