Alabama officials return some campaign donations tied to alleged Georgia Ponzi scheme

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said First Liberty Building & Loan in Georgia was part of a Ponzi scheme run by Edwin Brant Frost IV that defrauded investors of at least $140 million.
