Montgomery, AL – Per the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), Governor Kay Ivey has signed into law an expanded version of Alabama’s Missing and Endangered Persons Alert, now to include an adult that has been abducted, effective Friday, Sept. 1.
