- Sky Sports reported that the transfer could cost up to 43.7 million pounds , consisting of an initial 26.2 million fee plus 17.5 million in potential add-ons.
- Felix stated, "I'm here to have fun and win together," indicating his intentions with the team where he will play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.
- Al-Nassr will face Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Super Cup semi-finals on August 19.
