The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) did not impose any punishment on him or Ajax in the investigation into the appointment and subsequent suspension of Alex Kroes. The club and the policymaker have been informed by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) about investigations that have been completed by the AFM - as the supervisor of the financial markets.
