- Bain Capital Ventures led the investment round, joined by existing backers Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, and Accel, bringing total funding raised to more than $300 million.
- Operating across all 50 U.S. states, the platform deploys AI agents to automate prescription-to-treatment workflows including insurance approvals and copay assistance for nine of the 15 largest biopharmaceutical companies.
- Proceeds will fund expansion into additional medical specialties and care settings while broadening technological capabilities and investing in workforce development.
- Formerly known as Tandem, the startup secured $160 million in May and currently serves patients in 85% of the U.S. market, demonstrating sustained momentum.

Healthcare automation startup Forus has raised $150 million at a $3 billion valuation just months after completing a previous funding round. The Series C round was led by Bain Capital Ventures, a firm that has invested in the company since its early-stage funding. Accel, Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, Redpoint Ventures, BoxGroup and Pear VC also participated in the round, Forus said Tuesday.
