Montreal police (SPVM) have confirmed that a 34-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman were stabbed Friday night in an apartment in the Ahuntsic-Cartierville borough.

Two People Injured Following City Centre Stabbing

Two people are in hospital with serious injuries after a stabbing in the centre city area of the capital city. The two were stabbed at a residence just after 7 p.m. last night. The RNC believe that the incident was an isolated one, and say there is no further concern for public safety at this time. The investigation is ongoing and nobody has yet been arrested.
