Aguirre sues Chula Vista over letter written by mayor supporting woman convicted of fraud

SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, JUN 18 – Aguirre's campaign alleges city violated the California Public Records Act by withholding a letter supporting a convicted fraudster whose sentence was commuted by President Trump.
