CAUAYAN CITY – Residents of Barangay Sta. Maria, Cauayan City, Isabela received agricultural starter kits from the 2nd-IMPFC and R-PSB Team, in partnership with the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center II (ATI-RTC 2 Cagayan Valley).
