Train workers come to court after a fatal train accident

Five people died almost three years ago in the train accident of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Now it is clear that there should be a criminal trial - but not against all who were under suspicion.

Two railway workers have to go to court because of the accident with five dead. The case against the third accused has been closed – against payment of 4000 euros. This raises more than ever the question: Has years of mismanagement contributed to the disaster?
