Following the Senate’s rejection of several delegated decrees, the National Executive annulled measures that affected labor stability in different public bodies, including National Road and INTA. The decision adds to other judicial and trade union defeats in La Plata and throughout the country.
It did so with two resolutions, published in the Official Gazette. Thus, it completes the restitution of the agencies after the Congress rejected the delegated decrees.
