The murder trial against a 46-year-old Tyrolean man following a fatal knife attack on a 54-year-old man in Fieberbrunn, Tyrol (Kitzbühel district), at the end of October 2023, was adjourned on Tuesday at the Innsbruck Regional Court. The defendant initially pleaded "not guilty," while his defense attorney spoke of a "massive fight" between the two men and of his client's "self-defense." The trial is scheduled to resume on May 12.

After the blood attack of Fieberbrunn on October 30, 2023, the murder trial will start on Tuesday at the regional court. According to psychiatric report, the defendant was eligible.
