- With the Crime Branch assuming a "fair and impartial" inquiry, the government is reissuing the ADC order for the 11 remaining officers who were included in the temporary arrangement.
- Officials clarified that the ADC assignment is a temporary administrative arrangement carrying no financial benefit, and assigned officers cannot exercise the statutory powers of regular incumbents.
