After puppy found near Wietmarschen: Peta offers reward

Following the discovery of eight abandoned puppies near Wietmarschen (as reported by GN), the animal rights organization PETA has offered a reward to assist the police investigation. The organization says it is offering €500 for information "leading to a legally binding conviction" of those responsible.
