The service has so far been tested in Paris. It is an option now offered by Uber in several cities in France. In Lyon, it is now possible to use the Uber by Women service. The service was tested since November 2024 in Paris where it has led to the realization of more than 150,000 journeys between passengers and drivers. Indeed, 85% believe that this option "helps to improve their satisfaction and safety".
