It has been 25 years since one of the worst natural disasters in our country. On the night of November 17, 2000, a landslide from under the Mangartska planina mountain destroyed part of the village of Log pod Mangartom, buried several homes and claimed seven lives. A quarter of a century later, the village has been rebuilt, but locals say it will never be the same as it was before that fateful night.
