African tennis starts again from Rwanda

How many times, in recent years, have we seen an African tennis player emerge on the world scene? A few, maybe none. It would be almost pleonastic to list the reasons why this continent has never produced a hotbed of talent — let alone promoted top-notch ATP events — but it's much more pleasant to know that, in a complicated territory like the African one, tennis could finally find its dimension.
