A couple of years ago, I attended some Celebrating Seniors Week events out of mild curiosity. I left with a full heart and a new “cookie lady” to use for special events. That’s the magic of this weeklong series. Events like “Love, Loss, and Lifelong Learning” or “Pet Pals in the Park” might sound small, but they open doors to real connection and shared stories.
