ADS Buys Agricultural Product Extruder River Valley Pipe - Canadian Plastics

In a move that expands its stormwater and agriculture markets, plastic pipe extruder Advanced Drainage Systems Inc. (ADS) is buying River Valley Pipe LLC, a privately-owned pipe manufacturing company located in the Lacon, Ill. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
