PRINCE GEORGE — Prince George RCMP is urging residents to avoid the cordoned off area near the intersection of Victoria Street and Patricia Boulevard due to an active police investigation. Earlier Thursday afternoon, the Problem Oriented Policing Team had effected an arrest on a suspect for an unrelated investigation and, while searching the suspect’s belongings incidental to the arrest, they located an explosive device in the person’s backpack.…
