Aquiles Jiménez was released this Friday afternoon from the preventive prison of the Palacio de Justicia de Ciudad, after being released on parole by Judge Rigoberto Sena, of the Judicial Office of Permanent Care Services of the National District, after being informed of the measure being coerced by the carrying of military equipment without authorization, in violation of article 70 of Law 631-16.
