Accused Sun Drop killer to appear in court Wednesday for an extradition hearing

An extradition hearing will be held for 43-year-old Johnny Talbert in Port Angeles, Washington. That’s where Talbert was arrested last month and charged with the murders of Darrell Noles and Donna Barnhardt. The two were killed at the former Sun Drop Bottling Plant in Concord back in 2008.
