Accused child rapist submits guilty plea in Spokane County Court

SPOKANE, Wash. — A man accused of repeatedly raping a child and frequently molesting another has submitted a plea of guilty to the Spokane County Court.

A case of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 15 is pending in the Faroese courts today. A man in his mid-60s is accused of having sex with a child under the age of 15.  He is charged under Article 222 of the Penal Code, which is having sex with a child under the age of 15 without compulsion.  If found guilty, he could face up to eight years in prison, according to Article 222 of the Penal Code.
