Contrary to expectations, the trial in the case of Sebastian M. has not begun. He is accused of causing a tragic accident on the A1 motorway that claimed the lives of a family of three. The District Court in Piotrków Trybunalski granted the request of the man's defense attorneys and referred the case to mediation. Both sides have 30 days to reach an agreement.
