A hit-and-run traffic accident occurred in Berlin-Westend early Friday morning. According to Berlin police, a 63-year-old Mazda driver was traveling on Heerstraße toward Glockenturmstraße at around 5:40 a.m. when he collided with an oncoming Mercedes shortly after Scholzplatz.
