ABANDONMENT OF ANIMALS IS PUNISHABLE

Yesterday, around 12:00, the officers of the Caras-Severin Animal Protection Bureau were notified that a man had abandoned a dog on a street in Resita. Following the checks carried out, the police determined that the person, a 23-year-old young man from Resita, was walking his dog on a street in Resita, and at some point he took off his leash and abandoned him.
